Terms of cancellation

Cancellation 60 days before the date of stay: cancellation fees for 10% of the total amount.

Cancellation between 15 and 59 days before the date of stay: cancellation fees for 40% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 2 weeks before the date of stay: cancellation fees for 100% of the total amount.

Payment

If it was not paid online by credit card, payment has to be done by bank transfer immediately if the stay begins within 30 days, and within 7 days if the stay begins after 30 days from the date of booking.

In the case of non-payment within the indicated deadlines, your booking will be cancelled.

The rental price is made up of real estate income up to 90% and movable income up to 10%.

Cleaning of the cocoon and the sauna

Cleaning is carried out after your stay but we systematically ask our visitors to put the accommodation in order, as well as to return it to a good clean condition by vacuuming it. The sauna must be returned to a perfect state of cleanliness after each use for next users. At the end of your session, be sure to aerate and ventilate the cocoon.
